The universally applicable assembly station for the production of wall, ceiling, and roof elements in timber frame construction.
- Heavy-duty, base frame construction for a flat working surface.
- Clamping of the elements via 9 system clamping beams with pneumatic pressure cylinders.
The system clamping beams are extendable for element heights from 100 to 3,800 mm.
Cylinder stroke is 320 mm, clamping force per cylinder approx. 420 kg/4,200 N at 10 bar operating pressure.
Clamping can be carried out in two groups (5 and 4 units), enabling two elements to be clamped/processed simultaneously.
- Working surface can be covered with wooden panels as technically feasible.
(As an option, a perforated sheet metal panel is available as shown in the photo.)
- Stop system at the bottom with 9 plug-in bolts and laterally with 7 plug-in bolts for precision-sized elements.
- Tilting mechanism of the assembly station using 3 hydraulic cylinders, suitable for element weights up to 4,000 kg at 85° (95°) tilt.
The hydraulic system is compactly integrated within the frame area of the assembly station.
- The electrical control cabinet is also securely installed beneath the assembly station.
- Operation of the functions is via a control pendant.
- At both ends of the station, a compressed air connection and socket are installed, and on each longitudinal side of the station, there are 2 sockets and 2 compressed air connections for connecting hand tools.
- The stations are designed as modular units, allowing for immediate or later expansion with a receiver station to form a complete turning station. A turning station is shown in picture 3.
- Additional options: Assembly table without tilting function, perforated sheet metal panels, other working dimensions upon request.
