The universally applicable assembly station for the production of wall, ceiling, and roof elements in timber frame construction.

- Heavy-duty machine frame construction
for a flat working surface.

- Clamping of elements via 9 system clamping beams with pneumatic
pressure cylinders.
The system clamping beams are extendable for element heights from 100 to 3,800 mm.
Cylinder stroke is 320 mm, with a clamping force per cylinder of approx. 420 kg / 4,200 N
at 10 bar operating pressure.
Clamping can be performed in two groups, 5 and 4 units each,
allowing two elements to be clamped/processed simultaneously.

- Decking of the working surface, where technically feasible, with wooden panels.
(Optionally, a perforated metal plate, as shown in the photo, is available.)

- Lower stop system with 9 locating bolts and lateral with 7 locating bolts
for precise element positioning.

- Tilting mechanism for the assembly station via 3 hydraulic cylinders for
element weights up to 4,000 kg to 85° (95°).
The hydraulic system is compactly integrated within the frame of the assembly station.
- The electrical control cabinet is also protected and installed underneath the assembly station.

- All functions are operated via a pendant control.

- At both ends of the station, one compressed air connection and power socket
are installed, and on each long side of the station, there are 2 power sockets and 2
compressed air connections for connecting hand tools.

- The stations are designed on a modular basis,
so they can be expanded to a complete turning station
with an additional receiver station, either immediately or at a later stage.
