Operating Principle
Processing of timber for chalet and log house construction
The beams can be machined in a single pass
- Cross-cutting
- Horizontal and vertical milling of notches / grooves in one clamping
- Drilling
- End face grooving

Workpiece parameters:
- Maximum cutting height: 200 mm
- Maximum cutting width: 250 mm

Robust welded frame construction. Machine (horizontal and vertical milling units) equipped with four special milling motors, with hardened and ground guides to ensure maximum machining precision. Carriage guidance via dust-protected, preloaded ball-bearing rollers.

Working area up to 200 x 250 mm. Fully operational, with contactor control, motors protected by thermal relays. Electrical equipment for 380 V, 50 Hz, with protective covers, central connection for on-site chip extraction system, fitted with 2 eccentric clamps, without milling tools (heads).

With hydropneumatic horizontal and vertical feed, electrically controlled, together with the start-up of the milling motors. Rapid traverse and feed rate infinitely adjustable. Fully wired and installed, including air maintenance unit.

Beams thicker than 14 cm must be machined in two clampings.
