When installed outdoors, the load capacities are reduced according to wind and snow loads.
The foundation must be made of concrete, level, and suitable for anchors; it must be capable of bearing all imposed loads. The customer is responsible for checking and ensuring the ground condition, load-bearing capacity, and obtaining any required official permits.

The rack uprights must be anchored to the floor on site; wall anchoring is neither necessary nor recommended.
According to trade association guidelines, it is recommended that the rack uprights have a minimum projection of 500 mm above the top storage level.
