KTX 16 single-axle injection tank
Very robust steel tank, self-manufactured, special epoxy internal coating, exterior coated with 2-component Kumm silver paint, diameter 2,100 mm, two-chamber system, emptying sequence rear first, then front. Underslung hitch K80 up to 7 t vertical load, hydraulic support leg. Extremely heavy-duty axle with 36 t load capacity at 40 km/h, 420x200 mm brakes, automatic filling shut-off at full indicator, spreading shut-off at empty indicator. All slides are pneumatically operated plate slides with stainless steel blades (clog-free). Control system “Kumm-Pad” with high-resolution touchscreen, LS hydraulic system, fully automatic, speed-dependent pump system with 9,000 L Vogelsang rotary lobe pump. Ultra heavy-duty 3-point linkage with 9 t lifting force, linkage control with ground-pressure regulation and float function. Pre-equipment for cutter, suction arm front-right, suction arm on tank, operation with front pump station, and for trailing hose/trailing shoe booms. Tyres: 900/60R42 (2.15 m high).

TÜV inspection certificate with approval for 14 t permissible total weight and 40 km/h.

Long suction arm 10" on top of tank, 270° rotatable, for 10" docking funnel (Holmer-style). LED working light on suction arm. Tank color silver metallic.
