Kuper ABP 310 - CNC

Full-automatic large-format edge polishing machine with CNC control and swiveling milling/polishing unit for finishing sawn or pre-milled surfaces. The machine is suitable for transparent, technical, or decorative plastics (PMMA, PC, PETG, etc.) as well as for processing composite materials (PMMA with paper or aluminum).

The required process parameters can be easily retrieved via the integrated material library according to the material to be processed and the desired surface finish. Tool recommendations and the appropriate tool setup for the specific operation are also displayed.

Thanks to the high precision of the polishing table, streaks can be minimized already during processing. Additional mounting points for side stops or further guiding aids allow for flexible adaptation to every product.
