Benchtop machine for manufacturing wooden dowels, for efficient cutting to length and chamfering of dowel rods / round bars.

The AA 200 Dowel Cutting and Chamfering Machine is a machine with low to medium output. Round rods made of wood, plastic, hard paper, and other materials can be cut to length and chamfered. The dowel length is adjustable between 20 and 150 mm and is set using a graduated scale. The chamfer width can be adjusted as required.

The machine comes as standard with a magazine carousel, allowing an operator to manage several machines at once or perform other tasks simultaneously. The machine features a robust, torsion-resistant cast frame. Other advantages include very easy operation, straightforward maintenance, and easily accessible lubrication points.
