Stav: generálne opravený (použitý), Rok výroby: 1988, Funkcionalita: plne funkčný, Löser centerless tube grinding machine – belt grinding machine – centerless tube polishing machine – cylindrical grinding machine Centerless tube grinding / polishing machine for workpieces with a minimum length of 1,100 mm. The machine was built in 1988 and underwent a complete overhaul in 2012. During the overhaul, it was converted for polishing operations and has since polished approximately 10,000 parts. Afterward, the machine was no longer used. As part of the overhaul, the motors, bearings, and the entire control cabinet including frequency converters were completely renewed. The machine can be used for both wet grinding and polishing tasks. A wastewater treatment system including pumps is not currently installed. We can retrofit this upon customer request. The transport systems (roller conveyors) between the grinding stations also need to be adapted to suit your workpieces and can be retrofitted as well. The system can be inspected by appointment at our warehouse in D-63128 Dietzenbach.
