Pelletising plant suitable for a wide range of materials such as wood, miscanthus, agricultural by-products and waste (hay, straw, corn straw, etc.), and animal feed.

This is a complete system built on a base frame, consisting of the following components:
- Storage bin for raw material, 4m³ incl. agitator. This was expanded with wooden panels by approx. 3-4m³.
- Intermediate screw conveyor to the hammer mill
- Hammer mill 11 kW for shredding wood chips or other materials
- Inclined mixer for material homogenisation incl. moisture measurement, dosing, and level detection
- Dosing bin for pressing aids feeding into the inclined mixer
- Dosing screw for optimal material feed to the press (speed-controlled)
- Press 15 kW incl. full-level sensor, temperature monitoring, and discharge chute
- Conveyor belt leading to dedusting screen
- Dedusting screen with material discharge at 3m height

The system is designed so that it can easily be expanded with a second 15 kW press.

The entire plant is centrally controlled via Siemens PLC with touch display. All parameters are monitored so the press will shut down automatically in case of any issues! The press can also be remotely operated and monitored from any PC.
