For stationary profile routing of head edges on softforming and postforming workpieces. Also suitable for trimming thick PVC edges on rectangular workpieces and for multi-sided edge gluing.
Processing of symmetric and asymmetric softforming and postforming profiles is possible after manual profile depth adjustment. The routing unit is guided manually by tracing along the workpiece.

Standard equipment:
- Workpiece stop system
- Pneumatic clamping cylinder
- 1 milling motor, 0.8 kW, continuously variable up to 27,000 rpm, equipped as standard with radius cutter R=2. Tracing is performed by a guide ring on the workpiece.
- Unit guiding is carried out on precision round guides.
