One-sided automatic edge banding machine with jointing unit, hot-melt glue application to straight workpieces (EVA-PUR glue pot with draining function optional), double-motor HF cross-cut saw station with swiveling motors, HF milling unit, corner copying unit, chain feed, double roller top pressure, extendable workpiece support rail, signal lamp for workpiece sequence, and integrated section control for contactless operation of processing functions. • Two counter-rotating, demand-actuated jointing units with diamond-tipped spiral jointing cutters ensure clean and tear-free jointing of workpieces before edging

• Teflon-coated, quick-change glue pot with 1.5 kg capacity, leak-proof with glue feed from below (excess glue is automatically returned to the pot), precise glue application via glue roller, separate glue roller temperature setting, electronic temperature control with automatic standby function (prevents glue burning if the machine is not used for an extended period but remains powered on).

• Automatic strip magazine with spiked roller for wood strips.

• Pressure zone consisting of a driven pressure roller synchronized with the glue applicator and two smaller, counter-conically operated, spring-loaded pressure rollers

• High-frequency cross-cutting saw equipped with two HF motors (0.55 kW, 12,000 rpm), two saw blades and high-precision linear guides for clean, precise cuts, fitted with extraction hood, manually swiveling

• High-frequency combination milling station, two powerful 0.55 kW HF motors with carbide-tipped special cutters

• Corner copying unit: Automatic processing of end edges up to 2 mm edge thickness. Equipped with a high-frequency 0.27 kW motor, can be activated from the control panel. Optional single-sided (front or rear edge) or double-sided corner rounding.

• Swiveling control panel with 10" color touchscreen for glue temperature adjustment, automatic temperature reduction during machine non-use, switching processing units on and off, error diagnostics, and digital edge material counter.

Optional finish units (3 free slots):

• Radius scraping unit: Light, pulling cut removes possible milling marks from the radiused edge for a perfect finish. Fine adjustment via digital counter.

• Flat scraping unit: Light, pulling cut cleans glue residues from joint area on the workpiece surface

• Buffing unit: Two 0.09 kW motors, 1,500 rpm for a superior finish to ABS and PVC edge materials
