Description:

For sale is a used Lanner Vetamat SFT350/063-DS32 chip processing system, year 2017.

The system is designed for processing machining chips from metalworking operations. It reliably separates coolant or oil from metal chips, enabling de-oiling and drying of the chips as well as recovery of coolant or oil.
The system comprises, among others, a DS32 push-plate centrifuge, S50GF chip crusher, SFT350/063 hinged belt conveyor, lifting/tipping device, tank, coolant separation box, and Siemens S7 control.
According to documentation, the machine is designed for short, free-flowing metal chips and metal sludge. The system is not suitable for bar ends, workpieces, residual materials, waste, extremely long chips, swarf, or oversized coarse parts.

The system was commissioned in 2018 and is in impeccable condition. Original net value at that time: €183,771.

Inspection possible by arrangement. System must be removed immediately due to new machinery investment.
