CNC dowel drilling and inserting machine 4.0 is a device designed for rapid drilling, gluing, and dowel insertion processes. The machine is CNC-controlled and equipped with two drilling heads (horizontal and vertical, both with independently operating spindles) as well as a dowel insertion unit (horizontal dowelling).

Key Features:
The integrated glue and dowel feeding gun system ensures precise insertion into the material. The machine features two working zones (right/left) and can dowel elements with a width of up to 1200 mm. For strip-type elements, simultaneous dowelling of 2 pieces is possible. The maximum thickness of the workpiece for dowelling is 40 mm.
