Carton Machine Type Vision 2800 Automatic
for processing fanfold corrugated cardboard from stack, also suitable for single sheet feeding

Machine Description:

The listed machine is part of the static operating machine series, i.e., the processing steps across the machine are carried out while the carton is stationary. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width of the cardboard is 2,800 mm. All tool adjustments are performed automatically.

1) Main machine body (Carton Cutting Automation):

- Linear cross-cutting unit for head and foot cutting as well as cross cuts on the cardboard.

- Linear cross-creasing unit for transverse creases on the carton. (Supplied as cross-creasing unit or cross-creasing unit with perforation function)
- Longitudinal creasing units from above for longitudinal creases on the carton
- Longitudinal cutting units for executing longitudinal cuts

2) Double carton magazines:

2 carton magazines provide the supply and delivery of raw cardboard to the processing machine. Stack height for fanfold corrugated cardboard up to 2,200 mm possible.

3) Control cabinet, controls, electronics:

Includes all components necessary for the operation and control of the system. Control cabinet components are based on Siemens.
