Carton Processing Machine, Type Vision 2800 Automatic
for processing continuous-feed corrugated cardboard from the stack

Machine Description:

The machine listed here belongs to the series of static-operation models, meaning that all cross-machine operations are performed while the cardboard is stationary. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width for cardboard is 2,800 mm. All tool adjustments are performed automatically.

1) Main machine body (automatic carton cutting unit):
- Linear cross-cutting unit for head-foot cuts and cross scores on the cardboard
- 1 linear cross-creasing unit for cross creases on the cardboard (supplied as cross-creaser, cross-creaser with perforation option)
- 7 longitudinal creasing units from above for longitudinal creasing on cardboard
- Longitudinal cutting units for longitudinal cuts

2) 4-position carton magazines:
- 5 carton magazines provide feed and supply of raw cardboard blanks to the processing machine.
- Stack height for continuous corrugated board up to max. 1,400 mm possible

3) Control cabinet, controls, electronics:
- Contains all components required to operate and control the system.
- Control cabinet components are based on Siemens technology.
