Underneath scoring saw for timber

This unit is for machining balancing grooves on the underside of processed lamellas wider than 200 mm. The saw blade is clamped with a flange directly onto a flat motor. Horizontal travel is provided by a pneumatic cylinder and the scoring saw stroke is approx. 150 mm (displacement within the gap between boards; triggered by a movable spot sensor). The zone adjustment is manual. The travel distance can be read on a counter. Vertically, with the help of a pneumatic cylinder, the scoring saw stroke is approx. 30 mm (allowing for rapid changeover during production between lamellas with or without balancing grooves). End stop for scoring depth is set manually. The displacement distance is readable on the counter. Lamellas must be fed to the machine individually, piece by piece (no pushing one after another).
