Accessories / Special Equipment:

• LIEBHERR CNC control Type LH 90 GG is an easily programmable CNC control (B+R/IPC 5000) with gear-specific operator interface and diagnostic functions for rapid troubleshooting. (Remote diagnostics also possible)
• Equipped with an automatic threading device for the grinding wheel into the tooth gap
• The machine operates with three grinding methods:
a. Generating grinding using CBN grinding worms = fastest processing
b. Profile grinding using CBN profile grinding wheels (one or two wheels) = most precise processing!
c. Combination of a and b (most economical solution) = pre-grinding with grinding worm / finish grinding with profile grinding wheel for single workpieces
• Automatic shifting of the grinding worm or automatic positioning of the profile wheel
• Automatic workpiece loading device by means of a ring loader mounted to the counter column, which automatically loads and unloads raw and finished parts. The workpieces are fed to the ring loader via a separate FLEX LINK slat conveyor, picked up and also removed. Unmanned production is thus possible.
• Hydraulic workpiece clamping in the table, but without clamping devices. Tailstock slide on the counter column present, but without tailstock. Slide stroke up to approx. 350 mm
• Complete work area enclosure with sliding door and separate CO2 fire extinguishing system/IR sensor
No original coolant unit (since central supply), and no dresser included
