📌 Inspector’s Comment:
A well-presented asphalt trailer with a 10 m³ capacity. Engine operating hours are 6,434, with 10,244 total engine run hours. One repair point needs attention: during operation, the tank was struck by a vehicle, causing the upper box to shift. This resulted in a leak in the burner circulation system, which must be repaired. Burners work well, and the temperature control is functioning properly, heating up to 220°C. A new hydraulic pump and seal for the asphalt mix shaft have already been installed. The Hatz engine has received regular servicing and is in excellent condition. The asphalt pump and equipment are in good standing. Since 2022, over 10,000 CHF have been invested in repairing the lining and planetary gearbox. In 2025, a new hydraulic pump (CHF 3,500) was installed, and the chassis passed its technical inspection in 2025 after repairs totalling CHF 4,200.
