Cobot Universal Robots UR10e incl. controller and Lorch S5-RoboMIG XT + Kemper VacuFil Compact extraction unit

Offered is a used Cobot UR10 including welding system and extraction unit as a package, fully functional. The machine/package is being offered on behalf of a client.

The Lorch S5-RoboMIG XT welding system is equipped with a special cobot interface and a water-cooling system with increased cooling capacity. The interface/control panel and the wire feeder are housed in a separate feeder case (1m interconnecting hose package). The package also includes an LMR 450 W EVO torch with a length of 3.5m.

The package comes as a full-featured version including the following licenses:
• Motion (enables control of rotary table and linear axis)
• Assistant+QuickPoints (enables programming via multi-flange)
• Weaving (oscillation – linear and radial)
• Seamtracking (seam tracking for tolerance compensation)
• Smartcopy (enables easy copying of programs)
• TouchSense (enables component position detection by probing with the gas nozzle)
• Fume Extraction (enables control of torch extraction)

The package also includes a Cobot Move 2400 linear axis with a travel range of 2m, extending the working area to 4.5m. The travel speed can be adjusted from 2 to 160 mm per second. Both the cobot and the Move linear axis are collaborative.

KEMPER VACUFIL COMPACT:
The VacuFil Compact high vacuum extraction unit is designed for large amounts of welding fume and dust and is included as well. It features a large, cleanable filter and comfortable one-button operation, even with gloves. Many additional features such as automatic air flow control are available. The side channel blower for vacuum generation ensures robust performance for industrial users. For further technical data, please refer to the datasheet.

SIEGMUND BRIDGE:
The package is rounded off with a Siegmund bridge. The cross beams, machine stands, and the rotation device are also included.

Kemper VacuFil Compact extraction unit = €4,200
Siegmund bridge = €2,500

Our client, the owner of the complete system, purchased the package at the beginning of 2024.
