- Complete disassembly of the press, cleaning, and technical inspection
- Shaft removal, crack testing, new seals and drive belts
- New paint finish: light grey RAL 7035/ gentian blue RAL 5010
- BEKA lubrication unit + new lubrication lines
- New front cover
- New control cabinet with ABB safety control and touch display
Operation via touchscreen mounted on the front of the control cabinet,
positioning of the control cabinet (cable length) by agreement with end customer,
standard 0.8-1.0 m next to the machine, incl. new wiring of the press
