KVK 1S

Our KVK 1S is a cost-effective, semi-automatic stretch wrapper. Compared to our KVK 1S Economic model, this version features more powerful motors and a sturdier turntable.

The KVK 1S is equipped with a 1500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2250 mm in height. Only the application and cutting of the film must be done manually on this pallet wrapper.

Both the turntable and film carriage speeds, as well as the brake tension, are adjustable. Automatic pallet detection (via photoelectric sensor) comes as standard, along with adjustable top and bottom wraps. You can choose between programs for "up only" wrapping, "up & down" (cross wrapping), as well as "rainproof wrapping." If necessary, the wrapper can also be operated manually.

If the stretch wrapper needs to be used at different locations from time to time, it can easily be lifted and moved with a forklift via the integrated fork slots.

As additional options for this stretch wrapper, we offer a suitable access ramp and a photo sensor for detecting dark loads or black film.

The KVK 1S is our recommendation if you are looking for a robust pallet wrapper with a minimal investment that will make your work easier. The KVK 1S is ideal for shippers handling approximately 5–15 pallets per working day on average.
