Axles and Suspension:
Disc brakes 22.5" SAF axle assemblies, 3 x 9t with air suspension; axle spacing: 2 x 1310 mm; lift and lowering valve; loading pressure gauge mounted on top of the tank; Wabco Smartboard; Wabco tire pressure monitoring system; 1st axle liftable, without tractor unit equipment; 3rd axle liftable with Wabco Optiturn.

Rims and Tires:
6 wheels with 385/65 R22.5 tires, fitted on manufacturer’s selected Alcoa Ultra One aluminum rims, size 11.75x22.5 ET 120.

Braking System:
EBS 4S/2M WABCO pneumatic braking system with RSS, in compliance with standard 98/12/CE - ECE R13/09; brake wear indicator connected.

Landing Legs:
Mechanical landing legs with two speed settings; static load 2 x 20t with swing foot.

Electrical System:
All lighting in LED version; 24 Volt electrical installation consisting of: one 15-pin socket mounted in front of the fifth wheel on the chassis frame; yellow side marker lights in regulated quantity; rear position lights; front clearance lights; rear license plate lights; lights according to standard 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE; two multi-chamber lights at the rear at hinge level, mounted on aluminum brackets to standard 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE; two rotatable LED work lights at the top left and right of the tank; yellow warning light at the rear, mounted at hose pipe level; two reverse lights in the underrun protection; two reverse lights at support height (switchable individually on the energy console).

Tank Design:
Horizontal tank made from aluminum alloy (AW5083 Peraluman 45 AlMg 4.5 Mn), single-compartment, 35,000 liter volume; tank warranty: 24 months from delivery; king pin 2" as per standard 94/20/CE.

Operational Parameters:
Pressure vessel in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/CE; wall thickness approx. 5 mm; test pressure 3.0 bar; operating pressure 2.0 bar; operating temperature -40° to +80°C.

Filling Options:
3 manholes DN 450 with swiveling and folding dome covers; each dome cover sealed pressure-tight with four wing nuts; support for dome cover on top for stowage; rain gutter closed at the front, open at the rear.

Product Discharge:
2 product discharge cones with synthetic fabric aeration insets; separate discharge pipes DN 100 steel, merged at the rear; 2 pinch valves DN 100 AKO in the pipes; final ball valve DN 100 with annular nozzle; remote control for the final ball valve and Storz A coupling at the end of the discharge pipe.

Air Piping:
A 2.5" stainless steel air distribution pipe installed on the right-hand operator side; air line routed to the front, with check valve and connecting hose DN 65 for compressor with Storz-B coupling; ball valves on the air manifold for upper air, auxiliary air, and aeration; upper air 2" rear right; PRESSURE PIPE INLET REAR RIGHT; external air connection Storz C on the air pipe at the rear right; pneumatic connection with blow gun and spiral hose on top walkway by the access ladder; 1x vibrator on top of the tank; air line centrally above on the walkway for cleaning with gun; air line below in the storage box for cleaning with gun.

Access and Walkways:
1 aluminum ladder mounted at the rear left of the vehicle; 1 pneumatic aluminum safety scissor guardrail with locking system affecting the brake; 1 aluminum safety walkway ...
