22.5" disc brakes, SAF axle units 3x 9t with air suspension, axle spacing 2 x 1,310 mm, raise/lower valve, loading pressure gauge on top of the vessel, Wabco Smartboard, Wabco TPMS tire pressure monitoring, 1st axle liftable without tractor equipment, 3rd axle liftable with Wabco Optiturn

Rims and Tyres:

EBS 4S/2M WABCO compressed-air brake system with RSS, according to standard 98/12/CE – ECE R13/09; brake wear indicator connected

Mechanical landing gear with two speeds, 2x 20t bearing capacity with swiveling foot, rear crank supports

All lights in LED design, 24V electrical installation: 15-pin socket mounted in front of the fifth wheel on the chassis beam, yellow side marker lights in required number, rear position lights, front marker lights, rear license plate lights, lights per standard 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE, two multi-chamber lights at the rear at the level of the slewing ring, mounted in aluminum brackets per 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE, one LED work light on the tank, yellow warning light on the rear, mounted at hose pipe height, 2x reversing lights on underrun guard, 2x reversing lights at the height of supports (each switchable on the power console)

Horizontal tank made from aluminum alloy (AW5083 Peraluman 45 AlMg 4.5 Mn); single-chamber tank, 60,000 liters capacity, tank warranty: 24 months from delivery

Pressure vessel according to Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/CE; wall thickness approx. 5 mm; test overpressure 3.0 bar, operating overpressure 2.0 bar, operating temperature -40° to +80°C

Filling Options:
5 manholes DN 450 with swiveling and folding domed covers, each secured pressure-tight with 4 wing nuts, rubber supports for domed covers on top for storage, rain gutter closed at front, open at rear

Material Discharge:
1 material discharge cone DN 800 made of INOX, foldable with INOX disc for loosening, material discharge cone laterally pivotable, shut-off valve DN 150 with white seal, connection: STORZ-A

Air Piping:
One 2.5” stainless steel air manifold mounted on the RIGHT operating side, one stainless steel 4” air distribution pipe mounted at the rear of the tank, air valves (shut-off valves) in INOX, top air hose and air connection hoses in 2” STORZ couplings, micron filter, vacuum valve on top of the tank, one vibrator 1m in front of slewing ring

Ladder and Walkway:
One aluminum ladder mounted at the rear left of the vehicle, one aluminum safety scissors railing set up from below with a separate folding ladder section with holding brake when open, one aluminum safety walkway guided along the top left of the tank, anti-slip coating on the tank

Delivery Hose Storage:
4 hose tube containers, 5 m long DN 200, made from aluminum with 4 hoses DN 100 and STORZ couplings, hose container with compressor hose D.76
