Plantec UK 400 HA

The semi-automatic circular saw UK-400-A is an "upcut" machine and is primarily used for cutting profile materials made of aluminum castings, copper, and hard plastics (limited to solid materials). The machine stands out due to its easy handling, quick and convenient material changes, and simple mitre angle adjustment. The UK-400 A features a continuously adjustable mitre range to the left and right up to 20° (pivot range of two times 70°). Saw feed is automatic via the push of a button, and material clamping is performed by two pneumatically controlled vertical and two horizontal clamping cylinders. The standard equipment includes a minimal lubrication system and an air spray gun for machine cleaning! This machine is also equipped with connections for a chip extraction unit. Additionally, the machine can optionally be fitted with a digital mitre angle display, a marking laser, and a pneumatic system for lifting the protective hood.
