Aluminum Circular Saw UK 650 HA, Semi-Automatic
The semi-automatic circular saw UK 650 HA is an upcut machine, primarily used for cutting profile materials made of aluminum cast, copper, and rigid plastics (solid material processing is possible to a limited extent). The machine is characterized by its simple handling, fast and convenient material changeover, and easy adjustment of the mitre angle. The UK 650 HA features a continuously adjustable mitre range to the left and right up to 20° (swivel range twice 70°). Saw feed is automatic at the push of a button, and material clamping is achieved via two pneumatically controlled vertical and two horizontal clamping cylinders. Standard equipment includes a minimal lubrication system and an air spray gun for cleaning the machine. The machine is equipped with connections for a chip extraction system. Optionally, this machine can be equipped with a digital mitre angle display, a marking laser, and pneumatic lifting for the safety cover.

Operating Process
1. Set the cutting angle 2. Insert the material 3. Adjust the lifting speed
4. Move the clamping cylinders up to 20 mm before material contact 5. Clamp the material 6. Press the Start button to make the machine ready for operation 7. Press and hold both SAW buttons, material will be cut 8. After the cycle ends, release both SAW buttons and press the STOP button 9. Open the clamp and remove or advance the material
