Aluminum Circular Saw UK 800 HA, Semi-Automatic

The semi-automatic circular saw UK 800 HA is an "upcut" machine primarily used for cutting profile materials made of cast aluminum, copper, and rigid plastics (solid material processed to a limited extent). The machine is characterized by its easy handling and quick, convenient material changes, as well as simple miter angle adjustment. The UK 800 HA features a stepless miter range adjustable to the left and right up to 20° (pivot range twice 70°). Saw feed is activated automatically at the push of a button, and material clamping is achieved via two pneumatically operated vertical and two horizontal clamping cylinders. The standard equipment for this machine includes a minimum quantity lubrication system and an air spray gun for cleaning the machine. Connections for a chip extraction system are provided. Additionally, the machine can be optionally fitted with a digital miter angle display, a marking laser, and pneumatic lifting for the safety guard.

Work Process
1. Set the cutting angle 2. Insert the material 3. Adjust the stroke speed 4. Position clamping cylinders up to 20 mm from material 5. Clamp the material 6. By pressing the START button, the machine is ready for operation 7. Press and hold both SAW buttons to cut the material 8. After the cycle ends, release both SAW buttons and press the STOP button 9. Open the vise and remove or reposition the material
