Schuh ASZ 18007 Kühlkoffer 47m³ Durchladesystem

Stav: použitý, Rok výroby: 2007, Prominent water treatment system, consisting of: 1. Softening: Raw water is supplied to the twin softener. Only one tank is in operation at a time, while the other is either regenerating or in standby mode. In the softener, calcium and magnesium are exchanged for sodium. The system features volumetric monitoring, automatically switching to the other tank once the preset volume is reached. Regeneration is carried out using brine from the salt tank. The hardness at the outlet is 0°dH. 2. Reverse Osmosis: The reverse osmosis unit fills the permeate tank with demineralized water, referred to as permeate. Depending on raw water quality, water temperature, membrane condition, and correct system settings, conductivity and operating pressure may vary. Upon commissioning, the following flow rates are set: permeate 600 l/h, concentrate 200 l/h, yielding a 75% recovery rate. 3. Permeate Tank and Ozonation: The pressureless 500 l permeate tank features adjustable level control. For ozonation, tank water is recirculated via a variable ozonation point. Ozone is generated in the ozonator from ambient air using silent electrical discharge, supplying an air-ozone mixture. Air and undissolved ozone rise in the permeate tank and are vented via a residual ozone destructor. Redox potential and ozone concentration are measured downstream of the centrifugal pump. Ozone dosing is set via the touch panel, with control selectable based on redox potential or ozone concentration.
