UK 350 A 90° CNC + TR14 Servo + Y-Achse

The fully automatic aluminium circular saw UK 350 A 90° CNC + drilling unit (cutting angle 90°) has been specially developed for cutting profile and solid materials made of aluminium cast, copper, and hard plastics. Automatic material feed and automatic cutting movement make it ideal for fast and precise series production! The material feed length is up to 700 mm per stroke. Multiple stroke, and thus longer sections, can be conveniently programmed from the operator panel. The main vice clamps the material using two horizontal and two vertical clamping cylinders; the material feed vice uses one horizontal and one vertical clamping cylinder. Cutting and feed speeds can be regulated according to the material being processed via the large, clearly arranged operator panel! The machine features a mechanical stroke height adjustment; the maximum cutting height is 100 mm. A large safety hood covers the entire working area and can be pneumatically raised at the push of a button! As standard, the UK 350 A 90° CNC + drilling unit includes an air spray pistol for cleaning the machine! Connections for a chip extraction system are provided. The machine is equipped with the vertical drilling unit TR 14 (drilling capacity up to ø 14 mm, thread M12), which is integrated into the cycle control of the aluminium circular saw.
