Macc 411 MS

The SPECIAL 411 MS MACC is a semi-automatic bandsaw for cutting solid bars and small profiles, delivering high performance and excellent precision.

Its robust construction provides the machine with the required rigidity and accuracy for the cutting assembly. The saw band drive is equipped with a two-speed motor, and the special gearbox with a complete gear set features a bronze gear with a hardened and ground worm screw. The wheels are appropriately sized, and the band guides are sturdy, fitted with sealed bearings and adjustable carbide (Widia) pads.

The band can be tensioned via an electromechanical microswitch control, utilizing the blade’s rotation. Safety devices are fitted to both the blade guard cover and the blade itself. The machine is completed by a swiveling work table for material support and a vise with a rapid approach device.

Operation:
The cutting cycle starts by pressing the start button, and the machine:
1. closes the vise and activates the saw band motor
2. lowers the saw arm for cutting
3. returns the saw arm to the starting position
4. stops the saw band motor
5. opens the vise
Manual cutting operation is possible.
