Clamping – Enter cutting dimension – Start. Automatic saws with feed mechanisms are a standard solution for efficient serial processing of bar and bundle material. Cutting capacity up to max. 290 x 320 mm.

- Automatic hydraulic sawing machine with NC control
- For cuts from 0° to 60° right, fully compliant with all CE safety standards
- The unit offers 9 programs, each consisting of up to 99 individual steps, for a total of approx. 890 cutting positions, including a corresponding piece counter
- Functions: Automatic material feed, closure of fixed-position vice, blade rotation, application of emulsifiable coolant, lowering of the saw bow until cut completion, and automatic return of the feed carriage to the set position; saw bow reset and blade rotation stop via coolant distribution cycle repetition
- Hydraulic feed, cut by cut, with no length limits
- Numerical control of quantity and cut length
- Hydraulic control center with adjustable cutting pressure
