Our SAPI pressure blasting unit type "Mammut" with a 60-litre tank capacity is suitable for all common blasting media. The blasting pressure can be infinitely adjusted from 0.1 to 12 bar via the fixed-mounted pressure regulator. The blasting unit is also equipped with a permanently installed water separator, which removes moisture from the compressed air and prevents the blasting media from clumping due to excess moisture.

For safe operation of the sandblasting unit, our safety shut-off is included. This starts and stops the blasting process by actuating the hand lever mounted on the blasting hose.

- Fastest on/off switching times while complying with professional association regulations (VBG 48)
- The pressure can be precisely pre-set before blasting from 0.1 to 12.0 bar, infinitely adjustable
- Lower media consumption, as the pressure vessel remains permanently pressurized, thus preventing unnecessary media run-on
- Upon restart, full blasting pressure is immediately available at the nozzle, without slow build-up. This results in significantly lower media consumption and much less wear on the blasting hose
- No moisture (condensate) forms in the vessel, as the tank remains permanently under pressure and is not vented and refilled with each start/stop. This method also brings further advantages such as:
- Optimal media dosing with hardened fine dosing valve
- Reduced compressed air demand, significantly lowering fuel consumption (diesel)
- Single-person operation, as blasting pressure is constantly indicated by tank pressure and can be easily adjusted at the gauge without starting first
- No unreliable components such as control valves, membranes or seals, making the unit maintenance-friendly and reliable. Only the blasting hose on the safety shut-off needs to be checked and, if necessary, replaced.
