2. Sound Insulation
The Vacu-Press 10,000 pump is installed in a soundproofed enclosure with intake, cooling air, and exhaust dampers. The doors of the soundproof enclosure and the inside of the noise dampers are made of stainless steel. The noise level of the extraction system is approx. 80 dB(A).

Suction port: redirected on the left inside the tank with a large bend and interchangeable wear plate, connection DN150 with hose coupling of choice
Pressure port: Connection DN125 with hose coupling of choice

7. Rear Cover
Hydraulically opening with internal cone and pressure connection. Locking: Hydraulic with self-adjusting wedge lock, each wedge applying equal force for optimal sealing, regardless of gasket thickness.

Transfer Case
The OMSI transfer case interrupts the drive line and transmits engine power to the pump. The engine can run at optimum constant speed, allowing for variable pump speeds. This benefits service life and reduces fuel consumption.
