• Jars are conveyed on a continuous stainless steel rail belt

• Jars are program-controlled, indexed infeed and discharge via pneumatic gates

• Jars are filled by positive pressure within a 50 L supply tank

(this can be easily converted to constant positive pressure in the manifold via a modulated pump)

• Volume regulated via Nixon BNO turbine flow meter, communicating with Siemens high-speed counter

• Filling can be performed either with rising fill level inside the jar or above for optimum fill times

• Fully programmable SIP, CIP, and rinsing functions available

- Capper with rotating starwheel
- Seals square or round jars/bottles (spare parts included)
- Jar enters, PEC signal activates starwheel rotation by 90° beneath capping head
- Closure is lowered into the groove and retracted
- Jar/bottle clamp actuated by adjustable cam on 5/2 valve
- Starwheel rotates 90° to the discharge conveyor
- Current capping head is removable, for 40 mm caps (no alternative head)
- All systems operated by cams and relays, no PLC
- Motor runs continuously during capping (clutch adjustment and variable speed gearbox)
