Application
This foulard-dryer combination has proven highly effective in practical use. It is utilised in this configuration for a wide variety of hot air treatment processes such as drying, fixing, condensing, thermosoling, etc. This system is employed wherever a certain sample size is required, for example, to produce sample collections or similar items.

Dryer THN
If all the aforementioned applications are to be covered and the use of pin frames is also desired during standalone operation of the dryer, the THN version is preferable. The standard pin frames are suitable for sample sizes up to max. 50 x 50 cm (larger pin frames available on request).

To meet all aforementioned applications and to allow operation with pin frames in stand-alone dryer mode, the THN type is to be chosen. The standard pin frames are suitable for a maximum sample size of 50 x 50 cm (larger pin frames upon request). Options include length-adjustable frames for woven fabrics, length- and width-adjustable material holders for knitted fabrics, nonwovens, etc., as well as clamping frames for films and paper.

Drying Chamber
The drying chamber, including the electrical control cabinet and operator panel, are mounted together on a support frame, forming a single unit.

Optimal thermal insulation for the dryer is ensured by its double-wall construction with intermediate insulation.

The 1300 mm long nozzle field is divided into an upper and lower nozzle section. An adjustment flap allows for symmetrical ventilation at the top/bottom or for directing more airflow from either above or below.

Fan and Heating
Intensive air circulation is achieved by a high-performance fan (capacity approx. 900-3500 m³/h) combined with a well-matched heating output, resulting in optimal evaporation performance.

A dual-protected monitoring system reduces maintenance requirements and increases dryer operational safety.

The heating capacity is designed for rapid heat-up and is automatically reduced once the desired temperature is reached in order to avoid unnecessary power spikes.

Temperature control is handled via an electronic measuring and control device within a range of 20-250°C.

Fresh air is supplied directly into the recirculating air fan via a separate fan, with the required volume adjustable via a multi-step switch.
