The MM bulk dispensing systems are specifically optimised for the use of structural MMA adhesives from EBS, LLC,
with robust, durable, and service-friendly design to ensure long-term, trouble-free, and consistent adhesive application.
After appropriate adaptation, the machine is suitable for dispensing all types of 2-component adhesives such as polyurethanes, epoxies, methyl methacrylates and others.

BASIC FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW:
A pneumatic drive motor, operated solely by compressed air, powers the adhesive and activator gear pumps (metering pumps) via a chain drive system. These metering pumps are continuously supplied by adhesive and activator feed pumps, which are also pneumatically driven. In this way, components A and B are kept separate, but are pumped in the pre-set ratio through a set of hoses to a dispensing gun, where the two components are mixed together at the gun outlet by a static mixing nozzle. As a result, the entire metering system requires little to no cleaning. The flow rate, which controls application speed, can be adjusted by varying the speed of the pneumatic drive motor.
