Highest precision and large cutting heights with fast feed rates –
This is only possible with an uncompromisingly stable frame construction. This level of uncompromising stability is achieved by utilizing a carrier with a proven tubular design. The thick-walled steel tubes are meticulously welded into a complex frame structure by our experienced team over many hours of painstaking workmanship. This creates the solid foundation for the high-precision guides, along which the several-hundred-kilogram saw carriage will later move.

At 3200 x 3200 millimetres, the perfect machine size for your workshop
The machine can process workpieces up to 3200 millimetres in length and width. This means the saw carriage can execute cuts up to 3200 millimetres long. The material pusher can also be set to a maximum of 3200 millimetres to the cutting line.

Automatically adjusting cutting height up to 118 millimetres
The powerful motor drives the saw blade through materials with a cutting height of up to 118 millimetres. For optimum cutting geometry, the saw blade should protrude about 10 millimetres above the workpiece. This optimises energy consumption, noise emissions, and saw blade service life. This is a significant advantage for users of our machines, and every machine is therefore equipped as standard with automatic cutting height adjustment. The machine scans the height of the material and automatically sets the saw blade to the correct cutting height.

Even when cutting several boards in a stack, the saw blade drive must not falter. For this reason, our saw is equipped with a powerful 18 kW (24.5 HP) main saw motor.

Motorised stepless cutting height control including grooving function
Via a positioning drive, the entire sawing unit can automatically raise or lower to a preset height. This extends the range of production and ensures precisely dimensioned grooves.
Adjustment is made directly via the operator terminal.
