Well-maintained laser cutting system (CO2 gas laser) with travel paths x / y / z = 3260 x 1545 x 430 mm, max. working area 1525 x 3050 mm, 3rd rotating NC axis - rotary table for pipe processing (hence z-axis 430 mm), gantry loader with vacuum lifter for feeding new sheets and lifting unit for removal of finished sheets, as well as control cabinet with operating elements, tapping unit with drill magazine, rearward traveling safety cover, intelligent nozzle change magazine, Donaldson extraction system, cooling unit; further technical data upon request.

The gantry loader uses a vacuum lifter to lift new sheets, automatically collects the cut sheet during travel, deposits the new sheet, transfers it to the output table for finished sheets, and sets it down there – see video 2.

The extraction system, cooling unit, and transformer are mounted on the platform above the machine.
