The A220-PD assembly system is a stationary manual workstation designed for processing press-fit fasteners.
Intended Use:
The machine is used for pressing in fastening elements.
The operator manually loads the corresponding screws, plastic nuts, and the component to be processed into the machine. The pressing process is started via a foot switch. The pressing operation runs automatically.

Press-fit nut, blind rivet nut, self-piercing nut, press-fit stud, punching stud / rivet stud

Operating modes:
The operating modes can be switched on the control panel.
Automatic mode:
Fastening elements are inserted in automatic mode. Movements are triggered only when the operator actuates the foot pedal and thus initiates the pressing process.
Manual mode:
In manual mode, setup operations are performed on the machine. In this mode, individual movements can be activated.
