Semi-automatic sawing cycle with workpiece clamping - sawing - raising to the set height after cut completion.
MEBA high-performance package:
Stepless hydraulic cutting pressure and feed monitoring on the saw band back. This ensures optimal parameters for any sawing task, i.e., constant pressure for solid material and consistent feed for thin-walled profiles.
Manual mitre adjustment, digital readout to 0.1° accuracy

Automatic movement of clamping vises and digital mitre adjustment.
The material clamping vise follows the mitre direction automatically, ensuring the material is always clamped at a right angle, close to the saw blade.
The mitre pivot point is the intersection between the saw band and fixed vice jaw – meaning no change in length measurement when the angle is altered.
Hydraulic full-stroke workpiece clamping. Quick material clamping. At every saw frame angle, the material is clamped parallel at 90°.
