Standard equipment of the MEBAbase 24 DG-HS:
- MEBA mitre system: Large, swivel table prevents cutting into the material support surface – reduced wear costs! Material is always clamped squarely and close to the bandsaw blade.
- Manual mitre adjustment from 90° to 30°, infinitely variable according to scale with 1.0° accuracy
- Mitre axis is the intersection point between bandsaw blade and material support, so length measurements remain unchanged when adjusting the angle
- End stops at 30° - 45° - 90° - 45°
- Hydraulic material clamping: Material is clamped parallel at 90° at every saw frame angle.
