Overhauled and Automated Mecolpress 200L Hot Forging Press (Siemens S7 Controlled)

We are offering for sale our Mecolpress 200L fully automatic hot forging press system, which has been in use on our active production line and underwent a comprehensive overhaul and modernization in 2018.

The machine has been brought up to current production standards, its electrical system has been renewed, and it is equipped with a complete automation package. It is immediately ready for production and fully operational.

Main Features and Advantages
- Complete Overhaul: Mechanical and hydraulic components have been refurbished, all worn parts replaced, and the machine's performance restored to factory settings. Guaranteed for long life and reliable operation.
- Modernization (Siemens S7): The electrical system has been completely renewed with Siemens S7 PLC and latest-generation automation components. This enables precise control, easy fault diagnosis and modern production monitoring.
- Fully Automatic Cell: The entire process – from furnace loading to forging to unloading – is automated. This minimizes human intervention and increases efficiency.
- Complex Part Production: Thanks to the 5-axis AP4 sub-press unit, parts with complex internal geometries (valve bodies, Y fittings, etc.) that standard presses cannot produce can be manufactured.
- Production-Ready: The machine is currently running and will be delivered to the buyer with a dedicated die set (flange and 4 inserts).
