With this machine, MEP offers a technologically advanced solution that boasts an unsurpassed robust and rigid structure thanks to the use of premium materials. An extremely sturdy saw bow made of grey cast iron ensures the necessary stability for impressive cutting results, while the heavy-duty cast iron columns, on which the saw bow glides via preloaded linear guides, deliver outstanding accuracy even at maximum load. The modern machine control system (MEP NC 5.0) provides maximum operator comfort and ensures reliable, trouble-free operation by offering real-time monitoring, evaluation, and correction.

> Two operating modes (semi-automatic and automatic) enable efficient cutting under all conditions.
> The control system allows storage of up to 100 cutting programs, each with different quantities and lengths, minimizing programming time for repeat jobs.
> The automatically detected starting position of the saw head reduces setup time.
> Feed movement of the saw head via hydraulically driven linear guides with preloaded ball recirculation bearings reduces mechanical vibrations during cutting and increases stability.
> Automatic alignment of the front blade guide head according to the dimensions of the bars to be cut reduces processing times.
> Saw blade tensioning is performed by a brushless motor, continuously monitored and automatically adjusted to the preset minimum value.

MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY
> The feed system with 600 mm stroke is repeatable and cuts any length.
> The vertical roller pair allows any type of bar or bundle to be held and aligned as it is fed.
> The vector inverter allows stepless adjustment of blade speed from 15 to 100 m/min, enabling the cutting of any material.
> The motorized chip conveyor can be mounted to the right or left of the cutting area.
