Automatic crosscut saw with semi-automatic function for cutting aluminium and light metal alloys. Mitre cuts from 45° right to 45° left, and saw head swiveling from 0°-45° to the left.

The control is managed via multi-microprocessors, with two NC-controlled axes allowing programming of up to 1,000 different cutting programs for the same material, each with individual quantity and length settings.

- New centralized control console on a swiveling arm, allowing easy operation from any working position and ensuring the emergency stop button can always be activated.
- Fieldbus communication system with dual microprocessor and serial interface.
- Display with 20 characters x 4 lines for showing the following technical parameters: number of programmed and executed cuts, saw band thickness, feed length, cutting time, ammeter reading, indication of over 100 diagnostic messages and warnings.
- New – Display and entry of alarm and fault messages with the capability to review past incidents. New – 600 mm material feed with cutting motor and ball screw mounted on opposing bearings.
- New – Low voltage control panel: polyester membrane keypad with thermoformed and raised keys and activation signal.
- Programmable saw bow stroke directly from the control panel for adjustment to the workpiece.
- Ball bearing rotary table ensuring smooth and precise rotation.
- Clamping system with two front-mounted vices, freely positionable along the longitudinal axis of the workpiece.
- Adjustable mechanical stops for quick positioning of the head at 0 and 45 degrees (right and left) angles.
