Description
Semi-automatic circular saw for cutting solid and hollow aluminum profiles and light metal alloys, equipped with an electro-welded carbide-tipped saw blade.

Standard features:
- Machine suitable for mitre cuts from 45° right to 45° left.
- The vertical alignment allows for sawing operations with the head tilted between 0° and 45° to the left.
- * MEP introduces the latest microprocessor-based control unit, designed for semi-automatic machines, featuring a single axis control.
- FEATURES: At cycle start – the vice closes and motor starts; the saw head descends for the cut; motor stops; saw head lifts; vice opens.
- New – Display with 16 characters x 2 lines for the indication of the following technical parameters: + Number of cuts performed + Cutting time + Ammeter + Display of over 100 diagnostic messages and warnings
- New – Display and storage of alarm and error messages, with the ability to view incidents that have occurred.

Electrical equipment:
- New – Low voltage control panel: polyester membrane keyboard with thermoformed and raised keys, and actuation control signal.
- Saw bow stroke programmable directly from the control panel to suit the material to be cut.
- Ball bearing-mounted turntable for easy and precise rotation.
- Clamping system with two front vices that can be freely positioned along the longitudinal axis of the workpiece.
- Adjustable mechanical stops for rapid positioning of the head at 0° and 45° angles to the right and left.
- Chip conveyor designed for optional extraction unit.
- Automatic blade lubrication system activates only at the start of the cut.
- Machine is supplied without a saw blade.
- Prepared for optional minimum quantity lubrication kit for the saw blade, in addition to standard coolant lubrication with emulsified oil.
- Set of tools and operating manual with spare parts list included.
