Operating principle in CCS version: After the material has been positioned and the vices closed, the cutting process is initiated. Lowering is achieved by the weight of the saw arm itself, counterbalanced by a spring and regulated by a hydraulic brake cylinder. Once the cut is complete, the saw arm is manually raised to the necessary position for material feed.

Electrical control panel (marked wiring connections, control lamp for readiness for operation, main safety switch lockable with padlock, switch or speed selector switch, emergency stop, thermal magnetic protection, 24 volt low voltage system).

Electronic blade tension converter with display on the screen.

Manual vice with quick-clamping system.
