HIGHEST PRECISION
- The hydraulic lifting system of the bar loader prevents the material from touching the vise surface during loading, protecting both the vise and bar surfaces.
- The bar loader, which retracts automatically after each cut, ensures the material does not touch the saw blade as the head rises, protecting both the material and the carbide-tipped saw blade teeth.
- Carbide saw blade guides ensure precise tolerances are maintained during cutting.

GUARANTEED PRODUCTIVITY
- The servo-driven saw head feed on linear guides with preloaded ball bearings and the electromagnetic clutch minimize mechanical vibrations during cutting for increased blade life.
- The feed system features a 500 mm stroke, is repeatable, and suitable for all lengths. It can also be lowered to facilitate the loading of irregularly shaped bars.
- The dual-position swiveling workpiece unloading system automatically separates end pieces and scrap from finished parts, optimizing the production process.
