Superstructure suitable for cleaning refuse bins MGB 80-1,300 litres; container: made from stainless steel 1.4301, thickness 3mm, box-type, 3-chambered, 3x DN500 manholes on the container top, one per chamber; tank volumes: approx. 8,000 litres freshwater, approx. 8,000 litres wastewater, and approx. 1,200 litres for solid waste; cleaning compartment with corrosion protection; separate hot water tank approx. 250 litres mounted between cab and main tank, filled by a supply pump from the freshwater tank, the automatically controlled heating system (Eberspächer auxiliary heater 25 kW) heats the washing water to approx. 45-50°C; high-pressure pump: Uraca (approx. 120 l/min at 80-100 bar); pressure connection with shut-off valve and 4 m HP hose, spray gun with holder; hydraulically driven submersible pump for filling the service water chamber; control panel mounted at the rear of the superstructure; stainless steel toolbox mounted laterally on the chassis; 2x rear-mounted work lights.

To clean, the soiled bin is swung into the cleaning compartment at the rear of the vehicle. The stainless steel high-pressure washing heads move into the bin and are supplied with pressurised water. Bin cleaning is fully automatic via two robotic arms featuring dual-axis rotating spray nozzles, ensuring even distribution of water jets across all internal surfaces. Actuation is controlled by limit switches on the lifter. The rinsing duration can be variably adjusted depending on the degree of contamination. Wastewater is pumped from the solids chamber into the wastewater tanks. Solid residues are removed via a pneumatically operated flap at the bottom of the solids chamber. The cleaning of the wastewater tank and the collecting box is performed automatically by flat-jet nozzles.
