The machine is primarily designed for the recycling of scrap cables (for the separation of copper or aluminum particles from plastic particles). However, thanks to its unique design, it is also suitable for the separation of different types of particles (e.g. electronic scrap, car and industrial radiator recycling, battery recycling, catalyst recycling, or the separation of any two particles with different specific weights).

A new double-deck version enables high material throughput with very high purity levels of the recovered fractions (copper), virtually eliminating copper loss. The machine is equally effective in separating granulate obtained from grinding solid cables and granulate derived from so-called hair wire.
Unlike dry separators, the plastic contains no copper particles. Several companies have used the machine exclusively for screening plastic recovered by dry separators during cable recycling, thus extracting additional copper from the plastic (up to 10%).
There are three standard sizes, capable of recycling 350–1000 kg of input material per hour. Higher throughputs are also available on request (the machine code corresponds to the table size).
The machine operates with extremely low noise and does not require additional anchoring to the floor (foundation). It can be easily integrated into your existing recycling line. Alternatively, we offer a cable granulator and a conveyor belt for material feeding from the granulator to the separator, and from the separator onward.
