MHG SMG 260

MHG rotary table indexing system / sandblasting machine "SMG 260" with 6 nozzles and Siemens CNC control. The system consists of three units: the rotary table system including Siemens CNC control, the "Abrasive Recovery System RGWS 510" (cyclone extraction/separation of waste and blasting media for reuse), and a large dust extraction unit "DUST-EX 3003 4.0 kW" (filter box / filter cabinet with exhaust air).

Built in 2003, the system was operated "occasionally" until about a year ago in my neighborhood. I received it because I planned to glass bead blast approx. 100 stainless steel parts per day for a customer. However, I did not receive the order, so the machine has been idle since then.

The system must be collected by the buyer; collection and transport must be organized by the purchaser, as only limited assistance can be provided on site. My forklift is out of order, so at least two pallet trucks must be brought along and, for example, a 7.5t flatbed truck or a box truck with tail lift (the heaviest component, the main unit, weighs approx. 900 kg and measures approx. 1500x1600x2500mm; the other two modules are lighter, approx. 250kg each and measure approx. 3000x1500x1500mm each, placed on long pallets).

The plant was configured for a customer in Siegen, and a detailed description/instruction manual for this exact configuration is available. On request, I am happy to send additional photos. If you need an invoice with VAT and VAT ID as a company, I can issue one, and 19% VAT will be added to the actual purchase price, which you of course can reclaim.
