Used, well-maintained transfer machine / rotary indexing machine / dial machine MIKRON MULTISTAR CX 24

Availability: Immediately

The following modifications have been carried out on the system:

Machine:
- All motor cables replaced.
- All sensor cables replaced.
- PLC program adapted to enable/disable collets.
- Converted to KNOLL coolant system.
- Electrical schematic manually modified.
- Frequency inverter replaced.
- Parts selector installed on the machine, including oil pump for oil return.

Saw:
- Saw control converted to Mitsubishi i-QR control.
- Complete saw electronics renewed.
- Saw completely mechanically overhauled.

Accessories:
- 1 x loading station (brass D = 3.9mm)

- 1 x parts selector (8-way, see photo)
- 1 x lateral drilling unit
- 1 x rotary straightening device (bearings completely renewed Oct. 2023)
- 1 x feeder / saw unit (control and inverter overhauled in 2021)
- 1 x pneumatic loading (via feed tube)
- 1 x chip conveyor with dirty water pump (without chip cart)
- 1 x KNOLL coolant system (2,000 liters) with drum screen filter, flushing pump, and vacuum pump, incl. low-pressure pump (5 bar) and high-pressure pump (60 bar)

Machine was operated with cutting oil.
