The NZ2000 T3Y2 features 2 spindles and 3 turrets. 2 turrets are equipped with a Y-axis function and integrated milling motor. This enables simultaneous machining with 3 turrets. High-performance and high-speed machining is possible using up to 48 driven tools.

For automatic loading, a Lehmann robot with infeed and discharge conveyor for shafts is used.
The machine has been serviced by the owner’s maintenance department and Mori Seiki.
